Welcome. The three most important things for us are materials, materials, and materials. Glass, wood, stone, concrete, plastics…you name it! New materials are being 'born' somewhere in the world every day. We want to have the most interesting of the new creations available for you to see in our materials centre. To inspire you to make something beautiful.

The Materia Inspiration Centre is the only permanent materials exhibition in the Netherlands. Our collection comprises no fewer than 1,500 materials. Every month, at least 20 new materials are added to the collection. You will find it all surrounded by rest, space, and light. It's just like we said: materials, materials, and materials are what we're all about.
